No deadline stays buried in a document.

Drop in a contract, project plan or tender. Kalender finds the deadlines and puts them in your calendar.

Questions

What if a deadline is only described, not dated?

Kalender works out the date from the other dates in the document and marks it for you to check.

Where do my documents go?

To find the events, Kalender sends the document to Anthropic, whose AI model Claude reads it. Kalender deletes the import automatically a week after the upload. Read more in the privacy policy.

Does it work with Outlook at work?

Yes, as long as your organisation lets Outlook subscribe to internet calendars. Your deadlines then sit next to your work calendar.
